A private family based in Geneva is looking for an experienced and versatile Personal Assistant to support them in their day-to-day activities.
This highly responsible position requires a dynamic, proactive and committed personality, capable of providing organisational, administrative and logistical support, while ensuring high-quality assistance with the family's day-to-day activities.
You will also act as Personal Shopper, responsible for sourcing and negotiating the best upmarket products and services for the family.
Main tasks
- Complete management of clients' wardrobes, including preparing suitcases for travel.
- Providing a high level of administrative support to the family, including making appointments for the family.
- Suggesting activities and events in and around Geneva, according to the family's tastes and wishes.
- Researching and buying the best tickets for cultural events, shows, concerts, etc.
- Organising and negotiating all logistical aspects of private events in Geneva's restaurants, hotels and tea rooms.
- Managing purchases of luxury goods and maintaining a network of high-end suppliers.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and mastering digital tools.
- Help organise and coordinate private functions.
- Manage personal and daily tasks with discretion and efficiency.
- Maintain rigorous management of payments to service providers and suppliers.
- At least 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or equivalent with a high-end private clientele (UHNWI).
- Very good knowledge of luxury brands, fabric quality and high-end ready-to-wear.
- Perfect command of English; knowledge of French and/or Russian is an asset.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent command of digital tools, office automation and new technologies.
- Strong sense of service, adaptability and discretion.
- Ability to integrate into a multi-generational family environment.
- A dynamic, proactive and helpful attitude, with a constant desire to satisfy the needs of the family.
- You enjoy helping and being of service, and you have no behavioural demands or requirements.

- Location : Geneva, Switzerland
- Annual remuneration : approximately 90,000 Swiss francs gross (equivalent to approximately €96313.86 gross/year)
- Full-time position.
- Flexibility required : some evenings and weekends.
- Long-term contract in a stable, elegant and demanding working environment.
