Bénévolat : Chargé.e de Recrutement et Gestion du Mécénat de Compétences d'une association de protection animale

Join us as a Volunteer: Recruitment and Skills Sponsorship Manager at Tous Bénévoles.

Mission: Within our team, the Recruitment and Mécénat de Compétences Manager will play a key role in developing and strengthening our relationships with partners while actively contributing to our mission.

Main missions:

1. Identify and approach new companies for our skills sponsorship program.
2. Manage and monitor current partnerships within the skills sponsorship framework.
3. Recruit volunteers based on the association's needs.
4. Coordinate and follow up on volunteer missions.
5. Organize and facilitate information meetings on volunteering and internal cohesion meetings.
6. Maintain communication between volunteers, the association, and partner companies.

Skills and qualities:

* Experience in recruitment or human resources management is a plus.
* Knowledge or interest in skills sponsorship.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Organized, autonomous, and proactive.
* Adherence to the values of Pet's Rescue France.

Availability: 4 hours per week.
