What You’ll Do

* Own the end‑to‑end BI lifecycle – from gathering requirements and designing solutions to delivering dashboards and reports that align with business goals.
* Shape the analytics roadmap – define, implement, and continuously improve reporting tools, dashboards, and delivery cadences.
* Partner with senior leaders – provide KPIs, performance insights, and market‑opportunity analyses that inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with suppliers – streamline operational processes that feed into our data ecosystem.
* Work cross‑functionally with IT and other teams – ensure scalable, efficient, and secure reporting solutions.
* Champion data integrity – enforce strong governance, quality control, security, and compliance standards.
* Build and mentor a high‑performing analytics team – recruit, develop, and manage talent to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


Who You Are

Education & Experience

* Master’s or advanced degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
* At least 10 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.

Key Skills & Competencies

* Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
* Strategic thinker who can align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
* Deep expertise with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
* Talent for translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
* Excellent stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills.
* Strong background in data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
* Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced, global environment.
