Une petite équipe technique, des standards élevés, et on cherche notre première recrue dédiée à la croissance. Le poste Tu reportes directement aux cofondateurs et tu prends en charge la croissance de A à Z. Pour l'instant, l'enjeu c'est d'expérimenter et d'apprendre : comprendre quels canaux fonctionnent, à quel coût d'acquisition, et construire le playbook pour qu'on soit prêts à scaler le moment venu. Budget réel, accès direct aux fondateurs, et la liberté de vraiment façonner comment cette boîte grandit. We're a small, technical founding team with high standards and we're now looking for our first dedicated growth hire. The role Reporting directly to the co-founders, you'll own growth end to end. The immediate focus is experimentation and learning: understanding which channels work, what acquisition costs look like, and building the playbook so we're ready to scale when the time comes. You'll have real budget to work with, direct founder access, and the autonomy to shape how this company grows.
