To strengthen the IT Infrastructure department, we're looking for a Senior Linux System Administrator to help run and evolve core infrastructure, HPC systems, and cloud platforms that power high-throughput EO data workflows.
What you'll do:
- Install, administer, and maintain physical/virtual servers, workstations, and supporting IT equipment.
- Operate and harden services in Linux (primary) and Windows environments.
- Manage users, directories, and access across mixed estates.
- Support and optimise HPC clusters and cloud workloads used for large-scale EO data processing.
- Ensure reliability, backup/recovery, monitoring, and security across on-prem and cloud components.
