Cette thèse vise à comprendre et modéliser les mécanismes d'endommagement et de rupture dans des parois minces en alliage AlSi7Mg fabriquées par fusion sur lit de poudres. Elle s'inscrit dans un projet industriel de conception d'échangeurs thermiques. Une approche combinant expérimentation avancée (tomographie/laminographie in situ) et modélisation sera développée afin d'analyser l'influence de l'épaisseur sur les propriétés mécaniques.

This PhD project aims to understand and model the mechanisms of damage and fracture in thin walls made of AlSi7Mg alloy manufactured by laser powder bed fusion. It is part of an industrial project focused on the design of heat exchangers. An approach combining advanced experimentation (in situ tomography/laminography) and modeling will be developed to analyze the influence of thickness on mechanical properties
