Missions principales Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers RH Animer des ateliers et formaliser les besoins en user stories Concevoir et structurer le Service Catalog RH Définir les workflows associés aux services RH Structurer les catégories et typologies de services RH Collaborer avec les équipes techniques Participer aux phases de tests et validation Accompagner le changement et l’adoption Contribuer à l’amélioration continue Compétences requises Expertise ServiceNow HRSD Expérience Service Catalog et Record Producers Bonne connaissance des processus RH Connaissance ITIL appréciée Expérience en Agile / Scrum Excellente communication en français Profil Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en Business Analysis sur ServiceNow avec une expérience sur HRSD et Service Catalog. Conditions Langue de travail : Français obligatoire On.site Environnement international possible English Version Context As part of the ServiceNow HRSD implementation, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of the HR Service Catalog. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze HR business requirements Facilitate workshops and write user stories Design and structure the HR Service Catalog Define workflows related to HR services Structure HR service categories Work with technical teams Participate in testing and validation Support change management and adoption Drive continuous improvement Required Skills Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD Experience with Service Catalog and Record Producers Good knowledge of HR processes Knowledge of ITIL is a plus Experience in Agile / Scrum Strong communication skills Profile Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst on ServiceNow with HRSD and Service Catalog experience.
