Your mission, roles and responsibilities

- Contribuer au recrutement des équipes Engineering, stagiaires, apprentis (de la gestion de la demande au recrutement du candidat sélectionné à l'établissement et la formalisation des offres et contrats)
- Contribuer aux processus de mobilité interne et d'évolution de carrière
- Participer au processus d'intégration
- Assurer le suivi de la période d'essai des salariés avec les managers
- Veiller à la mise à jour des définitions de poste de chacun des salariés du périmètre
- Accompagner et conseiller les Managers dans leurs problématiques RH quotidiennes (présence régulière tous les jours sur le terrain). Le Responsable RH et l'apprentie généraliste RH constituent le point d'entrée RH des collaborateurs pour leur périmètre.
- Participer aux projets transverses actuels du site (démarche GEPP, tremplin handicap)

Your profile and competencies to succeed

- Bac +4 ou 5 : Préparation d'un Master Ressources Humaines,
- Capacité d'organisation, autonomie et rigueur,
- Capacité de rédaction et de synthèse
- Force de proposition, dynamisme et curiosité
- Bon relationnel et esprit d'équipe,
- Capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle,
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques,
- Anglais professionnel
