Main responsibilities:

* Manage API sourcing selection and qualification projects with external partners

* Lead cross-functional technology transfer teams while maintaining technical ownership

* Provide technical expertise to routine teams and external partners

* Develop and execute process validation strategies ensuring regulatory compliance

* Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively

* Consolidate timings, budgets and resources for the project under your responsibility

* Drive continuous improvement through process enhancement and systematic lessons learned


About you


Education:

* Chemist, Pharmacist, Pharmaceutical process engineer

Experience:

* Min. 5 years of Pharma industry experience, preferably in small molecule area, in at least one field: analytical, chemistry, technology transfer, process engineering, CMC development

* Managing cross-functional teams in international environment (experience in managing CMO is an asset)

Soft and technical skills:

* Capacity to manage multiple projects

* Leadership

* Understanding of scientific, technical, quality, regulatory and commercial aspects

* Communication skills

* Proactivity

Languages:

* English (written and verbal fluency required); French is a plus

La fourchette salariale pour ce poste est:€54 400,00 - €72 533
