À propos du poste : Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) ou jeune diplômé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de recherche immobilière dans le cadre d’un stage à temps plein (rémunéré). Voici comment vous contribuerez à la réalisation du rêve de nos clients : Accompagner une clientèle internationale dans la recherche de locations à Paris et alentour sous la supervision d’un agent expérimenté. Se tenir informé(e) de la législation, des réglementations et des tendances du marché immobilier français. Préparer et suivre les dossiers de locations conformément à la réglementation française. Assurer une communication claire en anglais et en français avec les clients et les partenaires. Collaborer avec des partenaires immobiliers, juridiques et administratifs. Garantir un service de haute qualité conforme aux standards internationaux de relocation. Une présence au bureau est attendue de 9h à 17h, nos bureaux sont basés à L'Etang la Ville. Ce stage est rémunéré, avec une prise en charge partielle du transport. Profil recherché : Vous êtes un(e) excellent(e) candidat(e) si vous êtes : A l'aise en anglais et en français (niveau professionnel requis). Étudiant(e) ou jeune diplômé(e) avec une formation en immobilier. Excellent(e) communicant(e) et négociateur(trice). Orienté(e) client, autonome et rigoureux(se). Capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. Ayant une bonne connaissance de Paris et de l’ouest parisien (atout mais non obligatoire). About the job: We are looking for a student or recent graduate to join our house search team as a full time intern (6 months paid stage). This is how you will help clients realize their dream: Assist an international clientele in searching for home leasing in Paris and western suburbs with an experienced agent. Stay informed about French property laws, regulations, and market trends. Prepare and follow leasing files according to French regulations. Maintain clear communication in both English and French with clients and partners. Collaborate with real estate, legal, and administrative partners. Ensure a high-quality service consistent with international relocation standards. As a member of our team you will be expected to be in the office from 9-5 during the week, our office is based at L'Etang la Ville. This is a paid internship (stage) and there will be partial compensation for transportation. This position might result in a full time CDI job offer. You are a great fit if you are Proficient in French (native level), English at minimum B2 level will be a plus A student or recent graduate with a background in real estate or similar (law, economics, management, administration). An excellent communicator and negotiator. A people person and have a strong client-oriented approach, autonomy, and rigor. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
