SCOPE

We are hiring a new talent as Global Sourcing Manager on corrugated Category to join our Global Procurement Organization based in Lactalis Headquarters.


Directly reporting to the Global Sourcing Categories Director Packaging Paper based, you will be in charge with your team (1 direct report) of the management of the strategic corugated for the Group for all the worldwide divisions. (Annual Spent Value ~ 300 M€).


Your MISSION & CHALLENGES :


As Global Sourcing Manager Corrugated, you will:

• Build and push to execute global strategies of corrugated categories while animating a functional network of 10+ local / regional purchasing teams

• Define, drive and optimize our supplier’s portfolio as well as monitoring their performance

• Participate in the budget (Commodities assumptions and saving plans)

• Maintain an active innovation watch

• Be part of the Lactalis sustainable roadmap

• Lead the corrugated packaging action plan in the new acquisition in finding quick synergies to help the Lactalis Group growth

• Deploy best practise within the group by active benchmark

• Manage and develop 1 Global buyers (direct report) in charge of Global packaging categories


This position requires frequent travels abroad (Europe and Transcontinental) (30% of the time)



WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR US ?


- Good communicator, team spirit, entrepreneurial, results driven with Excellent interpersonal skills

- Category strategical vision

- Strong negotiation and project management skills

- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in procurement/direct materials sourcing and management

- Good understanding of packaging or paper materials would be a plus

- Languages: Fluent in English. French would be a plus
