Your mission, roles and responsibilities Déploiement d'un outil de formage de fixations : Au sein de l'équipe projet innovation, vous participerez au développement d'une matière durable alternative à la mousse traditionelle. Dans ce cadre, nous déployons une machine de formage a chaud, testée chez notre fournisseur, permettant de réaliser des accroches de garnissage avec une grande precision. Votre mission sera d'accompagner son integration dans notre atelier et son adaptation à nos applications en particulier la conception et la mise au point d'un support permettant le positionnement précis de nos pieces : - Compréhension de la technologie & prise en main de la machine. - Evaluation des besoins complémentaires et rédaction du cahier des charges (Bati / outils / etc) - Pilotage de la réalisation de ces compléments (planning / coût / aspects technique) - Réalisation des essais de formage et optimisation des réglages (tests, plans d'expérience, ) - Rédaction d'une procédure d'utilisation Your profile and competencies to succeed - Formation niveau Bac 4 / 5 - Bonne maitrise de l'Anglais et du Français. - Maitrise du pack Office ainsi que de Catia V5. - Compétences techniques : Propriétés des matériaux, conception industrielle. - Savoir être : Capacité pratique, esprit d'équipe, autonomie, agilité, créativité et pro-activité. - Durée : 3 à 6 mois, à partir de février 2026.
