On est une startup early-stage avec un produit consumer qui génère déjà une vraie demande, avant même d'avoir lancé correctement. Une petite équipe technique, des standards élevés, et on cherche notre première recrue dédiée à la croissance.


Le poste

Tu reportes directement aux cofondateurs et tu prends en charge la croissance de A à Z. Pour l'instant, l'enjeu c'est d'expérimenter et d'apprendre : comprendre quels canaux fonctionnent, à quel coût d'acquisition, et construire le playbook pour qu'on soit prêts à scaler le moment venu. Budget réel, accès direct aux fondateurs, et la liberté de vraiment façonner comment cette boîte grandit.


Ce que tu vas piloter

* Tester et apprendre sur les canaux organiques et paid
* Définir une stratégie de contenu avec un vrai parti pris sur la qualité plutôt que le volume
* Construire le playbook de distribution from scratch
* Gérer les relations avec les agences externes tout en restant dans l'opérationnel
* Contribuer au positionnement de marque à l'approche du lancement

About the company

We're an early-stage startup with a consumer product that's already generating serious demand before we've even launched properly. We're a small, technical founding team with high standards and we're now looking for our first dedicated growth hire.


The role

Reporting directly to the co-founders, you'll own growth end to end. The immediate focus is experimentation and learning: understanding which channels work, what acquisition costs look like, and building the playbook so we're ready to scale when the time comes.

You'll have real budget to work with, direct founder access, and the autonomy to shape how this company grows.


What you'll own

* Testing and learning across organic and paid channels
* Content strategy with a strong emphasis on quality over volume
* Building the distribution playbook from the ground up
* Managing external agency relationships while staying hands-on
* Feeding into brand positioning as we move toward full launch


What we're looking for

* Proven B2C growth experience
* Strong aesthetic and brand sensibility
* Equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting things done
* Someone who will challenge the founders' thinking, not just take a brief
