Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking. br**Your challenges:**br* Contribute to the definition of the end-to-end (E2E) PLM Portfolio Roadmap within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. br* Translate client business processes into functional and non-functional IT requirements, while assessing the impact on change management. br* Provide the framing design for IT Products, balancing technological opportunities with business needs in line with Enterprise Architecture guidelines. br* Partner closely with the IT Product Manager and Technology Specialists to ensure developed solutions continuously align with evolving customer needs. br* Proactively identify business transformation or process improvement opportunities enabled by new technology. brbrThis position requires a security clearance or requires being eligible for a clearance by the recognized authorities. br**Your boarding pass:**br* Background in IT/Industrial degree) br* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PLM domain, ideally within complex industrial organizations. br* Strong expertise in the Dassault 3DExperience platform (architecture principles, configuration/customization best practices) and Airbus digital mock-up management. br* Influential leadership (negotiation, persuasive skills), methodological rigor, strong synthesis capabilities, autonomy, and cross-functional team spirit. br* Minimum intermediate level (written and spoken) in both French and English. brbrNot a 100% match?
